Blogger offers you two different tools to alter or edit your blogging template. You have Template Designer, a Blogger-created tool that allows users with picayune to no knowledge of HTML and Web design to create their own customized template designs, and the Edit HTML tool, which allows more than avant-garde users to customize their Blogger lawmaking manually.
